Program eligibility
  • This program is only available for new clients with contract effective dates after the effective date of the applicable broker agreement.
  • Vistara clients prior to the effective date of the broker agreement are not eligible for broker commissions. Commission remains inforce as long as the group remains active with Claritev.
  • Full terms and conditions of the Premier Broker Program are set forth in the applicable broker agreement with Claritev. Claritev reserves the right to modify commission structures with advance notice.
