What is the Technology Leadership Program?

Claritev’s Technology Leadership Program is a three-year rotational development program designed to put recent college graduates pursuing a career in technology on an immediate path to success.

Working as full-time employees, associates develop a strong foundation in technology and corporate leadership skills, rotating through various technical roles while receiving direct mentorship from senior leadership.

By combining hands-on technical experience with diverse cross-departmental project initiatives and intentional mentorship, associates have the unique opportunity to build essential skillsets for success in corporate leadership.

How does the program work?

12-month rotation cycles

Technology Leadership Program associates cycle through three 12-month technology rotations of their choosing. Rotations cover a variety of innovative technologies and topics, including AI/ML, data science, application development / software engineering, cloud engineering, security, product, and agile project management.

Cross-functional development

During rotations, associates develop cross-functional knowledge and skills. Through collaboration with stakeholders across teams and departments, as well as through the introduction of cross-departmental initiatives that supplement rotation-specific responsibilities, Technology Leadership Program associates hone diverse skillsets and build strong professional networks across Claritev.

Graduation

At the end of the three-year program, associates “graduate” into a permanent role at Claritev. Today, alumni hold positions as product managers, engineers, team leads, managers, directors, and assistant vice presidents at Claritev.

Claritev Technology Summer Internship Program

Claritev’s Technology Summer Internship Program is a three-month internship program taking place from June to August and designed for college juniors interested in a meaningful, hands-on experience in technology during the summer before their senior year.

A variety of roles are open to summer interns, including full-stack development, project management, data science, data management, and information security. Applicants will be given an opportunity to identify areas of interest for their internship placement.

At the end of the summer internship program, top-performing interns are eligible to receive an offer to return as a full-time Technology Leadership Program associate upon completion of their undergraduate degree program.

Claritev is known for developing innovative technology solutions, and participants in the Technology Leadership Program and the Technology Summer Internship program benefit from that experience. Their work includes finding solutions to difficult technical issues while learning about new technologies and trends.
