Claritev Invests in Klaim, Inc. to Accelerate Provider Payment Solutions Across the U.S. and MENA Region

MCLEAN, VA— October 27, 2025— Claritev Corporation (“Claritev” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CTEV), a global leader in healthcare analytics and claims analysis, today announced a strategic investment in Klaim, Inc., an AI-driven healthcare payment-acceleration solutions provider. The investment will help fund the launch of a co-branded Payment Acceleration Service integrated within Claritev’s extensive provider network, helping healthcare organizations gain faster and more predictable access to reimbursements across the U.S. and MENA regions.

This investment and relationship strengthen Claritev’s strategic expansion in the MENA region while supporting Klaim’s expansion across the U.S. Together, the companies can combine Claritev’s deep payor-provider infrastructure and ACE analytics platform with Klaim’s proven payment-acceleration technology, aiming to set a new benchmark for liquidity access and operational efficiency in healthcare finance.

The Claritev–Klaim Payment Acceleration platform is designed to allow eligible healthcare providers in the U.S. and MENA region to convert pending insurance claims into near-instant liquidity, reducing the typical 30–120-day reimbursement cycle.

As part of the collaboration, Klaim will leverage Claritev’s Advanced Code Editing (ACE) technology for claim coding intelligence to enable evaluation of claims qualified for funding.

Additional key benefits to participating providers are anticipated to include:
