How long does it take to complete the application process?
Typically, it takes less than 10 minutes to fill out a talent profile and apply through our job portal.
If I don’t have a resume, may I still apply for a job?
All job submittals must include a resume in order to be considered for any Claritev position. Please do not submit a link to your online resume. We accept the following file types: .pdf, .doc or .docx.
What should I expect after I apply for a job?
After you apply, you will receive updates via email. You can also log into our ADP recruitment portal to view your current application status.
I’m having difficulty completing the application process. How can I obtain assistance?
If you need assistance, please contact us and a member of our talent acquisition team will reach out to assist.
How will I know if I am being considered for the position?
Status emails are sent to update you as we go through the recruiting process. We recommend that you check your spam folder if you don’t see updates from us. We may also reach out to you by phone.

Claritev is committed to your trust, safety, and security — and to a fair, transparent recruitment process. We encourage all candidates to stay alert to recruitment fraud and job scams.
Bad actors, increasingly using AI, may falsely claim to represent Claritev through fake job postings, emails, messages, interviews, or job offers, or by impersonating a current Claritev employee. Their goal is often to obtain your personal information or persuade you to send money.
Common Red Flags
- Fake job invitations: These messages claim to be from Claritev and ask you to apply for a role or share personal information, payment details, or login credentials.
- Fake email addresses: These addresses can closely resemble legitimate Claritev emails but contain small changes, such as @clariitev.com instead of @claritev.com. Some scammers are using Gmail accounts, which are never used by Claritev or our staffing partners.
- Fake recruitment site: Some scammers are using references to “Claritev Corporation” to create websites. The official Claritev careers page will never require you to log in with credentials or provide sensitive personal information.
- Suspicious links or attachments: Messages prompt you to complete an application or verify an account in an attempt to access your information or device.
- Payment requests: Claritev never asks candidates for payment at any stage of the recruitment or interview process.
What You Can Do
- Always apply for roles directly through the official Claritev careers page.
- Only trust emails sent from verified Claritev domains ending in @claritev.com. Carefully review sender addresses for misspellings and/or extra letters.
- Do not respond to suspicious messages or provide any personal information.
- If you receive a message or email from an unknown source, do not click on links or download attachments contained in the message or email.
- If you suspect fraudulent activity or want to confirm whether a Claritev role is legitimate, contact us at [email protected].
Claritev’s Recruitment Strategy
- Claritev recruiters communicate exclusively through @claritev.com email addresses.
- All candidates must follow our security protocols, including full-video participation in virtual interviews. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling of the interview or disqualification from consideration for the role.
- We do not conduct interviews solely through chat-based applications.
- Claritev never requests references before formal interviews, banking information before onboarding, or payment for equipment or services.
- Once hired, as part of the onboarding process, Claritev does request social security numbers and dates of birth to conduct background checks.
- Claritev sometimes works with authorized staffing firms. You can contact us at [email protected] if you’re working with a recruitment firm and want to confirm the legitimacy of a role.
