- With our standard $24 per employee per month (PEPM) pricing, receive 25% commission on our Standard VDHP services package sold between May 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026.
- You’re also eligible for an Additional 35% commission on the Standard VDHP services package, up to a maximum of $15 per employee per month (PEPM)*

Additional Details
- This program is only available for new clients with contract effective dates of May 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026.
- VDHP services must be administered at the TPA with the broker’s proposal.
*The full terms and conditions of the 2025 Premier Broker Program shall be set forth in an agreement between the broker and Claritev.
