Earning another Great Place To Work® Certification

I am beyond privileged to announce Claritev’s continued presence in the esteemed Great Place To Work Certification® program for 2023. This recognition is a direct reflection of the amazing employees that we hire, our strong core values, our committed leadership, and our constant focus on maintaining an environment where exceptional work and progress can thrive.

The Great Place To Work Certification® recognizes employers who create outstanding employee experiences, and Certification involves a two-step process requiring us to survey employees annually on the Claritev workforce experience.

 

What we accomplished

Most notably in our survey results, we received improved scores from employees across all questions and categories. This stellar improvement in responses presented us with a 90% overall satisfaction score – a 4% increase from 2022 and much higher than the 57% overall satisfaction of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Some highlights of our workplace scoring from 2023 include:

  • 95% report people of all cultures, abilities and backgrounds are respected and valued
  • 94% stated that when joining Claritev, employees are made to feel welcome

  • 90% say that they are proud to tell others they work at Claritev
  • 90% feel that Claritev facilities contribute to a good working environment

 

Alongside this prestigious accolade and impressive metrics, Claritev has also earned placements on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2023 and Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ 2023 lists.
